Made from maple and stained a rich black, this day bed is upholstered in our Japanese textile collection. The cotton / linen blend fabrics are hand made in Kyoto by master weavers Hosoo, a Japanese family-owned company since 1866. The ‘milk bottle’ shape of the intricate detail on the joinery, gives rise to the name of the piece.
