There isn't OBJ/FBX format. Please update
Basically because it is a material. But if you are interested about the curtains, we have now included them in a FBX file. We have reset your downloads.
Thank you, that solve my problem, because I'm blender user and there was a note: "PLATFORMS: 3ds Max + FStorm, OBJ/FBX export formats", so I excepted other formats.
You're welcome and you are right, we should remove that info for materials next time.
