Instanced Turbosmooth modifier has been used (Render Itteration = 2, Viewport Itt = 0)

Hair&Fur modifier has been used in protea flower. Default state is on. If you intend to use the model far from camera it is better to switch the modifier off on following objects: Protea_center_001, Protea_center_002, Protea_center_003 and also on any “Edge_xxx” object. For these objects modifier is instanced.

.OBJ file does not contain Hair&Fur and Turbosmooth modifiers. Hair&Fur modifier settings screenshots for the hairs in the center of the flower and on the edges are attached. Renderable property in the Object Properties tab has to be enabled on all “Edge_xxx” objects.
