The streamlined shape of the Acorn was inspired by the natural form, giving it an organic shape and a low profile. The lampshade resembles an empty shell of an acorn, which becomes hollow as soon as the nut has ripened. Like the stem of an acorn, the top of the lampshade tapers into a tactile shape. Streamlined and refined, the lamp is suspended from the ceiling with a silk cord that hides the power cable inside. The lamp is attached to the ceiling with a ceiling suspension, made in the same style as the ceiling.
