With a background producing fine art editions, Jörg Schellmann has developed his own furniture designs informed by both industrial and artistic principles.The solid wood Platz Table's aesthetic is rooted in that of traditional work benches, with a sleek construction that offers diverse everyday use. Featuring a distinctive diagonal beam, Platz Table's tops and legs measure 5cm thick, and the frame is mortised with visible solid wood dowels.
