I wanted to create an image which had a strict linearity clashing with the chaos of nature.
I'm always on the run, always changing rents, houses, places.
I imagined myself buying this house and watching it from a distance.
Boxes still unpacked at the entrance. Dirty walkway filled with leaves.
Calm water in the pool before the storm.
A dramatic sight of life going on no matter what but also a reminder of the true power of nature, lurking behind an apparent blissful scenario.
