Finding my Serenity Through Mebanten Saiban

Inspired by my personal experience living in Bali for several years to find my own "Serenity" , I stumbled upon with this Mebanten Saiban, a Hindhustan tradition that's usually been done everyday after cooking or before breakfast.

This act basically represents gratitude as people make connection not only with the God, but also His manifestation and His creation, inuding the nature and everything within it.

Through this tradition, I learn how to find my "Serenety". How to just take a break and stop for a while from this insanely fast phase world.

Move my mind to think about all great things that have happened in my life and all things that God has given to me, including this beautiful world that I'm living in right now.
