Nature Inside

Its main idea was to reconcile and merge the interior and exterior. The main goal of my work is creating a smooth and balanced transition from the outdoor environment with its rich flora to the interior design of the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. I took inspiration in the project "Pachamanca house" of the architectural bureau "51-1". I liked a lot in their project: the layout solutions, natural shapes and lines of the landscape, the variety of vegetation and, of course, the location of the house at the mountain foot. As my own input, I would like flora to be more actively present and prominent in the interior. The idea of blurring the boundaries between the outside world and the interior was inspired by the desire of a modern person to isolate themselves from nature with concrete walls. However, when separated from nature, the humankind starts to regard thembselves as the sole rulers, to whom everything is allowed. This illusion quickly disappears though, when you look at the environmental problems that people create with their own hands. How can one help in this situation? In my opinion, humanity needs to reconnect with nature. And that is what this project is aimed at - the reunion. Imagine that the space of the house is filled with flowers and green plants, and the terrace offers a beautiful view. A tropical forest is no longer frightening; on the contrary, it feels more like home. It is through close interaction with nature that we begin to think in a new way, taking care of nature. i hope that this approach to the design of our homes can partially affect the environmental crisis caused by one-way thinking.

These angles show the overall view of this interesting building, where nature and concrete merge. There is a seamless transition between the exterior and the interior.

In these shots I tried to create an atmosphere of relaxation in nature. A sense of human merging with this world of plants.
