Designed by Finnish architect Marta Blomstedt for the lobby of the Aulanko Hotel, Hameenlinna, Finland. Several versions of the chair were produced for the hotel over the following decades. This version with spherical legs in stained elm wood is one of the first examples. The chairs have been reupholstered in New Zealand sheepskin.
